sad days in Portland!!

Just Out has closed their doors on us. It saddens me for several reasons like: Why weren't we told about it. We could have had atleast a fundraiser to keep it alive. The publication doesn't just belong to its owners, but to its readers as well. I am not trying to talk down to Marty Davis at all, but I feel that we should have been told so we could have all pooled our resorces to save it.
So, even though this sadden me, it also leave the option to start a new one but under the same name. I want find out all this and get on it ASAP.

OCTOBER

Tonight I'm preforming at Peep Show for the umpteenth time!!  Doors at 930 show at 10!!  It's sponsored tonight by my girl L.A. Kendall from Hard Times Press in Seattle! It's gonna be fierce bitches.
Then tomorrow is the recently scandalous Blow Pony "Night of the Living Tranny's". With that said, let me just give my input of the scandal. My take of the incident is that someone from the TRANSGENDERED community is saying that the name of the dance night (Night of the Living Tranny) is offensive. Then Airack Heater of Blow Pony didn't respond to the sensitivity in a way  suitable to the individual and thus causing a RIDICULOUS fight. BLAH, anyway my gruff is that  HOW DARE anyone from such a broad community of "tranny's" start a fight that is not their fight to fight. I have had no surgery to alter my body in a way, I still have my penis, and I live my life as a male, BUT I wear women's clothing and am often a woman/man creature therefore I AM A TRANNY!!  The word tranny does not solely belong to the transgendered community it is a broad term used for all different fascists of the trans community. Hasn't anyone heard of TrannyShack in San Fran...GUESS WHAT...HEKLINA IS A MAN AND WAS BORN A MAN!!!!!! I feel the community in Portland just wants to make a fight because they are too sensitive for their own good. How Airick responded may have been wrong, but the people who made a very public gruff about the name was out of line. If anything it made them look ridiculous and even more oppressed then they really are. Seriously people, your actions only reflect your own feelings of how you perceive people to feel about you. EVERY PERSON ON THE BILL FOR SATURDAY NIGHT IS A TRANNY!!
Thank you. I've shared my opinion!!  :)

The Eyes Of Laura Kendall: Clear Your Calendar For FANNIE MAE DARLING!

The Eyes Of Laura Kendall: Clear Your Calendar For FANNIE MAE DARLING!: "Hey kids! I am BEYOND EXCITED about this! Fannie Mae Darling is the special guest tomorrow night (Friday 4/8) at The Wildrose for the love..."

LEZBRO APRIL 8th AT THE WILDROSE

Every 2nd Friday (April 8, 2011)
The Wildrose (1021 E. Pike St, Seattle, WA, 98122)
9PM – 2AM $3 Cover CHEAP ASS DRINK SPECIALS!...21 + W/ID

DJ’s L.A. Kendall & Tony Burns, and their eccelctic collaboration, LEZBRO, continues, April 8, 2011. LEZBRO, 2nd Fridays at The Wildrose (1021 E. Pike St., Seattle), is a night for fag hags (ladies that love themselves some gay boys), dyke tykes (guys that pal around with ladies who love ladies) & fruit-flies (straight people that like to hang with the queers)! In short COME AS YOU ARE! The dance floor will be flooded with all kinds of party jams! There’s something for all!

This month’s installment of LEZBRO features special guest: Fannie Mae Darling (PDX). Fannie Mae Darling was born in a little amish town in Indiana. As she grew up, she knew she was different from the other little girls. During Rumspringa, Fannie took off to the big city and never looked back. She joined the world famous acting, comedy troupe SissyBoy and later went on to her solo career. She's starred in several movies, and was featured in the documentary about Sissyboy, which toured and was featured across the country and won Best Documentary/Special Jury Award in the Salem Film Festival. She performs often in her home city and other planets as well. She is also the co-owner of Mars. She’s the beefiest, sexiest, sweetest, prettiest tranny from that side of the yellow line in Portland Oregon.
