sad days in Portland!!

Just Out has closed their doors on us. It saddens me for several reasons like: Why weren't we told about it. We could have had atleast a fundraiser to keep it alive. The publication doesn't just belong to its owners, but to its readers as well. I am not trying to talk down to Marty Davis at all, but I feel that we should have been told so we could have all pooled our resorces to save it.
So, even though this sadden me, it also leave the option to start a new one but under the same name. I want find out all this and get on it ASAP.

The Q Center Concert Series is proud to present the 5th annual Queer Quistmas Variety Show and FUNDRAISER FOR Q CENTER, ESTER'S PANTRY, AND OUR HOUSE on Saturday, December 17th! Hosted by Fannie Mae Darling and Splendora Gabor, this show is a naughty homage to all the nice things we love about the holidays! Music, Dancing, Mittens, Santa’s Candy Cane, Full Bar…and SO MUCH MORE!
